Great food and vibes. Expect strong flavors both sweet and salty. Prices could be better

Immediately 5/5. They never fall short from service, quality, price and portion sizes. On the corner of Lemoyne and Sunset with, outdoor patio, indoor and sidewalk dinning; the views and ambience are amazing. Oh and GET THE THAI TEA it's soooo good . Li was our server for that day, fast and attentive. As for food we ordered the crispy tofu serviced with a sweet and sour sauce on the side, drunken noodles, mixed vegetables and the echo park special (chicken thigh) which comes with sticky rice.

After a hike at Echo Park, my amiga took me here for dinner. Small, chill vibe Thai restaurant. We were seated quickly - indoor style makes me feel as if I'm back in Asia but less humid (: There's a small bar (Spirit House) separated by a curtain from the dining area. Food is amazing - the spices and flavors are all there. The plate servings are generous and perfect to share. We had the Thai Fried Rice, Boat Noodles ... spicy!, Fresh Shrimp Rolls to share for a party of (2) and we were full! with enough to pack home. There's a nice outdoor seating as well. Excited to come back to try out their curry dishes! and try one of the cocktails from Spirit House (:

Visiting from the bay and was super impressed. Crispy tofu was the best tofu I've ever had. Our server Nicholas was a gem as well! :)

Delicious food, sweet place, great place to have lunch! (: if i was from california I'd come back here often.

This place is so cute! Love the vibes inside and the patio seating outside. My friends and I started with a round of drinks and roti & green curry. Drinks were delicious and so the roti was so flaky and flavorful. I got the khao soi for my main (mild spice) and my friends got other noddle dishes. Portions are a great size so none of us finished our food and were stuffed. Noticed a few other reviews mention how salty the food was and would have to say it was the same for us. I was so thirsty for the rest of the night and I know we all had stomach aches later. Only other downside was service was a bit slow as it took us asking multiple times for more water and the check at the end. That being said I would definitely be back again and maybe just try to avoid some of the more salty dishes!

Best Thai food I've had in a LONG time! Definitely recommend! Location is also very cute especially at night ‼

Crying Tiger Entree / marinated skirt steak, papaya salad, sticky rice, spicy jeaw sauce - 5! Recently, I was in Echo Park and was ready for lunch but I didn't have a destination already in mind. Rather than go online, I took a quick walk around to see what caught my eye and I found Sticky Rice. I was very pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is built into a space that allows them to create what is essentially a large, covered patio. Even the indoor seating benefits from their open air space. I chose to sit on the patio and it was a lovely place to sit and watch the hustle and bustle of Echo Park. The decor is charming and colorful and includes a lot of art. There is a huge mural on the side of the building. The server was friendly, attentive and helpful. I went with Crying Tiger, a marinated steak dish. This was the best steak dish I've had in a long time. The marinade was citrusy, fresh and well balanced. It was paired with a spicy jaew sauce that was a perfect match for the perfectly cooked steak. I was so enamored with the dish, I nearly ordered another one. The steak came with a light , crispy, tasty papaya salad and their sticky rice. I am not sure if I was supposed to, but I doused the sticky rice with the jeaw sauce. Every component was delicious and the ingredients were fresh and well prepared. I loved my visit to Sticky Rice and look forward to visiting them again. For Echo Park, street parking is very challenging but there are a number of large, public parking lots just behind Sunset.
